Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Secondhand Art Depot. We value your business and want to ensure our policies are clear and fair. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase or booking.

 

Merchandise

 

All sales on merchandise (such as tools, materials, apparel, etc.) are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any merchandise items.

 

Classes & Workshops

 

We understand that plans can change. For our classes and workshops:

  • Full Refund: You may cancel and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time are non-refundable. No-shows will also not be refunded.

 

Workspace Bookings

 

For workspace rentals or studio time:

  • Full Refund: You may cancel and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking start time.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable. No-shows will not be refunded.

 

How to Request a Cancellation

 

To cancel a class or workspace booking, please contact us directly at secondhandartdepot@gmail.com or call us at

Please provide your name and the details of your booking (e.g., class name, booking date) so we can process your request.
